We're extremely excited to announce the appointment of Linda Souza as our Associate Vice President of Marketing. As a growing company, it's essential that we continue to enhance our leadership team while executing our growth strategy. We sat down with Linda to ask a few questions about her background, why she joined and her favorite Star Wars character (we had to know!)

For the past 5 years, we have worked to build a collaboration platform for organizations to share and communicate ideas between internal and external collaborators. Until now, the communication of ideas in Central Desktop has been text based which often leads to very complex and hard to follow explanations of certain ideas and processes.
Sure you can upload images into online documents, wiki pages and discussions, but this requires you to create the image elsewhere and upload it in Central Desktop. This is an inefficient use of your time. So today, in partnership with Creately, we are releasing online diagrams as a new document type within Central Desktop. With online diagrams you can easily create wireframes, mind maps, technical flowcharts, business process diagrams, SWOT diagrams and any other idea or concept that is best communicated visually. The new online diagraming feature makes it extremely easy for users to create a visual diagram and embed that into online documents, wikis and discussions with the click of a few buttons. No uploading required!
I am very happy to introduce Central Desktop Online Diagrams to all Central Desktop users today. All Central Desktop plans receive 5 free diagrams. Unlimited diagrams can be added to your account starting at $30/month depending on your plan level.
Introducing Online Diagrams, powered by Creately. Easily create, share and collaborate on workflows, organizational charts, wireframes and more.

Today we're proud to announce that Central Desktop was named to the prestigious Inc. 500 list for the first time!
The list, which is compiled by Inc. Magazine, ranks the fastest-growing private companies in America based on revenue growth over the past 3 years. In addition to making the overall Inc. 500 list at No. 180, we were also No. 17 in the Software industry and No. 18 in the Los Angeles area.
Making the list is a huge achievement for us, particularly because the past few years have been so tough on the economy. Being able to join the ranks of past companies who have made the list such as Microsoft, Zappos, American Apparel and Oracle is pretty exciting.
