SaaS Web Based Collaboration Empowers Small Business

Last week ZDNet SaaS and eBizq blogger Phil Wainewright interviewed me for a short podcast about SaaS and Web Collaboration.  In the podcast we cover some basic SaaS concepts as well as how small and medium sized businesses (like Equipois, Inc.) are leveraging platforms like Central Desktop to compete on a global scale with larger companies.
