You requested, We Listened. Another great feature added by the Central Desktop team! New Shared Folders Feature is Live!
The "Shared Folders" feature gives you the ability to Share Folders ACROSS workspaces, reducing the need to upload redundant content to multiple workspaces.
Example uses of Shared Folders include:
• Master Documentation shared with all your Client Workspaces or Extranets
• Ability to create group specific workspaces and still store all your content in one workspace. (Deal Management, Accounting Audits, Dept level HR Doc management, etc.)
• Share news clippings with another Community of members, etc...
The Shared Folders feature is available to all Enterprise and Community Edition subscribers.
